While in the past the track in Nogaro, France, was boycotted by most drivers, this year it has attracted a lot of drivers´ attention. This is also evidenced by the second testing before this year ´s season by the Buggyra International Racing System team in Nogaro on 16 to 18 April.
"I must confess that when we were heading Nogaro this February I was a little worried because of the past. After the large-scale reconstruction the Nogaro track is something completely different now," said Mario Kress, technical director of the team. It is a top-standard track putting every single part of the racing special on trial."
While in February the purpose of the testing was comparison between the data of last and this year ´s racing truck, in less than a month Nogaro will welcome Buggyras 2008. Following Kress ´s information David and Markus will squeeze all of their forces out of themselves in those three days. "I could hear all winter how much they were looking forward to the testing. I can guarantee them maximum experience and toil as well." As the German engineer says both specials will be driven in the racing tempo, as a race simulation is being prepared by telemetries. "On the basis of the data Markus and David will accelerate, try overtaking manoeuvres. I believe they will like it."
David Vršecký cannot wait to start. "Mario is teasing me, which I do not mind at all. At this time every year I counted days before the beginning of the championship. This year the beginning will come more than a month later. And so as for the testing programme, the more the better."
