Vršecký Attracted by Superbikes!

As the leader of the Australan Troy Bayliss team controlled the Brno happenings, a really relaxed atmosphere overwhelmed the pits. "Our pits cannot compare to the superbike pits as to the size. Mainly because four motorbikes can be placed where just a single truck can be put," said David after a professional guided inspection provided to him by Michal Burza, known from long-distance motorcycle races. "Otherwise the pits of both teams work virtually on the basis of the same principle of absolutely professional approach. Every mechanic works like a machine, exactly knowing when and where to reach for what. As for the work of the racing engineers, I would say that their position is somewhat more difficult. As far as I can see it, a small mistake in the truck setting does not make such a mess, a motorcycle does not forgive mistakes. "
Honza Kalivoda mainly focused on hospitality. Despite the Buggyra pits can be classified as excellent, there is always something to learn from. "Ducati introduced themselves in a grand style, showing how strong the team is. Unlike in the case of trucks, however, the hospitality background is located outside the pits. While our partners and all visitors like to see the mechanics and engineers at work, the superbike pits are isolated. From the marketing point of view I would see this a minor drawback. On the other hand, however, the drivers can concentrate more on the performance itself."
Even though David Vršecký has signed a contract prohibiting him motorcycle riding, he would very much like to test a superbike one day. "Perhaps I will agree with Jakub Smrž. It must be wonderful to ride such a machine. Even if when I hear somebody saying that driving with several fractures and amputation of half of a finger does not matter, I feel a chill in my back nevertheless."
