The purpose of cooperation with Martin Matzke, a budding driver, is to support and train a pilot, who shall, in near future, represent Buggyra, a truckracing team, and to help him to reach the podium positions in Czech colors, whether in a racing super-truck or in another type of a motor racing vehicle. Martin has an opportunity to learn to work in a professional team, to realize that a work of a racing driver includes, in addition to racing itself, also physical and psychical training, theoretical preparations and studies of racing circuits, outputs of telemetry measuring, contacts with media, sufferance in promotional and advertisement events, languages, knowledge of mechanical principles of functioning of individual components of racing vehicles and ability to use such knowledge in preparations and adjustments of racing vehicles, communication skills needed in a voluminous working group ... etc. The Buggyra Truck Racing Team renders technical assistance to Martin, team's pilots pass their know-how to him. We believe that this promising driver shall soon extend his respectable collection of trophies, and we are convinced that he faces a hopeful racing career. Maybe in Buggyra Team's colors.
