BUGGYRA Academy driver Aliyyah Koloc completes the AVL RACING Ambassador Program
The 16-year-old is preparing to compete in the 2023 Rally Dakar. AVL RACING has found its fourth motorsport ambassador in Aliyyah Koloc from the BUGGYRA Academy. The 16-year-old will join the AVL RACING Young Driver Program alongside Finn Gehrsitz to complete the company’s ambassador squad. Together with Tatiana Calderon and Ferdinand Habsburg the quartet will represent the company in motorsports. Diversity is a top priority at AVL RACING which is shown in this equally female and male set up.
Koloc, who has both Seychelles and Czech citizenship, was born in Dubai in 2004. Currently, the young talent is preparing for her first start in the famous Rally Dakar in 2023 within BUGGYRA Academy. Koloc already gained a lot of experience in motorsports: At 16, she crowned herself the youngest winner in the French Truck Championship. That same year, she set a new World Speed Record with a five-ton 1.900 bhp Race Truck. On a 500-meter track, she reaches a top speed of 284.13 kilometers per hour.
Koloc, who is an advocate of equality, finished in the top 10 right away in her rookie season, in the European Truck Racing Championship (ETRC), with her highlight so far being the pole position she took at her home track in Most, Czech Republic. Furthermore, Koloc has already gained important experience in a Mercedes-AMG GT3 in 2020 racing for the Buggyra Zero Mileage GT team. In 2021, Koloc will compete in the ETRC again and selected GT3 as well as GT4 races. Her next big goal is to compete in the Dakar Rally in 2023 and AVL RACING will actively support her on this adventure.

Aliyyah Koloc will use the unique AVL RACING simulator in Graz, Austria, as part of the Young Driver Program to prepare for the upcoming tasks. The four AVL RACING ambassadors Tatiana Calderon, Aliyyah Koloc, Ferdinand Habsburg and Finn Gehrsitz will represent the company in 2021 worldwide. From Super Formula in Japan to the Le Mans 24h or Truck Racing, the four will compete in a wide variety of motorsport categories.

Aliyyah, born 2004 in Dubai, can call herself the youngest Truck Racing winner in history and is the current World Speed Truck Record holder. In 2020 she started her first race with the Buggyra Zero Mileage GT team in a Mercedes-AMG GT3. In 2021, the versatile talent will compete in the European Truck Racing Championship (ETRC) and several GT races. Her dream is to race the legendary Rally Dakar in 2023.
