Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra drivers head to Barcelona
Round 3 of the Lamborghini SuperTrofeo cup series brings the drivers to a legendary Circuit de Barcelona, formerly also known as Circuit de Catalunya. Just like in the previous round that took place at Nürburgring, Germany, it is a circuit that is also featured on the Formula 1 calendar, which makes this event even more glamorous and prestigious.
“For every driver, it’s a huge moment to race here in Barcelona. Everybody wants to do well here, as you don’t race every day on a circuit that hosts the most prestigious racing series like Formula 1, WEC or MotoGP,” says team manager Jiří Mičánek jr.
“After Nürburgring, we had a lot of work fixing the car for Kurt Wagner and Libor Dvořáček. Today’s special test has shown us that the car is in a 100% condition and both drivers are lapping faster than before. It’s similar for our other crew with Jakub Knoll and Broněk Formánek, so we’re all happy and excited. We race here together with GT World Challenge series and both events will be available to watch online via a live stream. Also, I’d like to thank all our partners and our fans for their support and help,” adds Jiří Mičánek.
